A Fundraising Retreat for the New CIC Wellbeing Collective: Pathways to Healing


Join us for a sacred afternoon retreat devoted to slowing down, softening, and coming home to yourself.

Together, we’ll move through heart-opening, body-centered practices that invite you to return to your inner landscape — to reconnect with your physical and emotional self, awaken your inner wisdom, and nourish your soul.

This is a space to remember the rhythm of your own being — to align with your deepest truth and the medicine that already lives within you.


Guided by Green and Kasia, we’ll journey through a rich tapestry of movement, breath, and inner exploration — awakening the intelligence of the body, freeing held emotion, and attuning to the quiet voice of spirit within.

You’ll be held in a gentle flow of somatic, meditative, and energy-based practices, each one a step on the path toward inner harmony and collective healing.

Body Flow Movement

A fusion of yoga, dance, and natural movement to awaken vitality, open the heart, and strengthen the body from within.


Emotion Flow Session

An embodied exploration using emotion as a guide — learning to listen, allow, and release what is ready to move, cultivating deeper peace and presence.


Somatic Release Practice

Free the body of stagnant energies, dissolve old imprints, and open space for renewal, clarity, and flow.


Heart & Navel Meditation

Re-root into your body’s innate wisdom, restoring inner alignment and harmony between heart, body, and mind.


Self-Healing Energy Practices

Awaken your inner medicine through guided awareness and connection with the universal field of life energy. Ground into stillness through Earth-centered practice.


Guided Meditation Journey

A sacred inward journey to reconnect with your higher guidance, inner vision, and the soul’s quiet truth.

Practical details:

There will be two tea breaks, offering time to rest, connect, or enjoy fresh air in the community garden.

Please bring a mat and blanket for your comfort during the sessions.

Kasia Bratek – Clinical & Therapeutic Director / Co-Founder

A holistic pharmacist, therapist, and body-centered mentor with over 15 years’ experience supporting people’s health and wellbeing.

Kasia specialises in Shiatsu, VortexHealing®, nutrition, and nature-based healing, blending ancient wisdom with modern therapeutic insight.

Green Schulz – Creative & Community Director / Co-Founder

A dance and yoga teacher, art therapist, and media specialist with over 20 years’ experience in creative education and holistic wellbeing.

Green’s work weaves movement, art, and mindfulness to inspire embodied expression, creative flow, and authentic human connection.
