"Last Saturday I had an immense pleasure to take part in a healing space co-created by Green and Kasia.
First, Green guided us through a mindful Yoga Flow, where I could connect with my body through movement and breath. This was followed by a beautifully and intuitevely held session of Alchemising my emotions, changing the overwhelming waves and darkness into understanding, appreciation and guidance. Both Green and Kasia were gentle, embracing and incredibly knowledgeable and I left feeling deeply connected and in touch with my higher self.

“This experience was deeply emotional and profoundly transformative. At first, it felt heavy and challenging — I had to touch places within me that carried pain, fear, and sorrow. Yet, as I moved through these layers, I reached a space of lightness and relief. The source of my fear and suffering revealed itself with striking clarity, and with Kasia’s immense support and guidance, I was able not only to face it but also to embrace it with compassion.
I experienced this during a Soul Sisters gathering, in a safe and beautifully held space. There, I felt fully accepted, understood, and loved — exactly as I am, without any judgment. In that circle, every emotion was welcomed: the tears of grief, the weight of sadness, but also the tears of joy and the quiet happiness of feeling truly seen and held.
Through this journey, the heaviness of my emotions transformed into a deeper sense of peace, freedom, and connection. It felt like coming home to myself — to my essence, my clarity, and the gentle lightness of being.
I recommend this experience of being to everyone.”

“Kasia's workshop about emotions was really powerful yet gentle.
She has a very mindful and loving presence and intuitively knows how to guide you. She helps you connect to your emotions and understand them on a deeper way. I would definitely recommend.
I would highly recommend Green's yoga class. Great stretching with a lot of fun movements. Beautiful practice. I felt very relaxed and happy afterwards.”
