Here is another, own made immunity recipe I highly recommend… I drink it most days and it hugely helped me recovering from a viral infection recently...
1/2 of tsp of:
-Turmeric powder
-Cinnamon powder
-Ginger powder
-Star anis powder
-Astragalus powder
-Dash of black pepper
In small amount of hot water twice a day
You can add chlorella or and medicinal mushroom as an option.
There is another delicious Chai like drink with Pau D’arco, which will help strengthening digestive and immune system. Pau D’arco has antibacterial, antifungal properties, it also reduces inflammation in the body... Enjoy!
