Each session is tailored to meet your unique needs. We can focus on specific issues such as self-worth, lack of joy or love, or particular health conditions and illnesses.

During the session, we may work on the following levels, depending on what is needed:

You may experience sensations such as warmth, vibration, or spaciousness in the body, along with a deep sense of peace and stillness. Some shifts occur subtly over time, while others can be felt more immediately.

Because VortexHealing® works at the root level, it supports deep and lasting transformation rather than providing only temporary relief. Many people leave a session feeling lighter, more centered, and more deeply connected to themselves.

I am a VortexHealing® Certified Practitioner and I offer sessions both in person and online, with distance healing being equally powerful.

I also combine VortexHealing® with Shiatsu Therapy to deepen grounding and support further integration of experience within the body.
